For those dog lovers who have not checked out dogster.com, you are missing out! This online dog community site is very hip and happening. We have fun updating our daily diaries, meeting other dogs, and surfing around the site and reading about other dogs. Way too much for! Just in case you think you are losing it, there are plenty of dog lovers who go above and beyond! It's a place where you and your dog can be yourself, and no one will judge you for being too crazy over your dogs. We love it!

Hide and Seek is the funnest game to play with my dogs!

I find myself playing hide and seek with my dog, Brownie, quite often these days. He is getting better at finding me and sniffing me out. It appears that his senses have sharpened up a bit and he is "thinking" about where I would hide and the places I previously hid...it is so neat! Can't wait to play with the two dogs together but I don't think they will want to play with me once they have each other again.

I recently noticed a lot of my friend's dogs have some kind of mange or skin problems. I remember my old dog, Porky, also had mange problem when he was younger and it dissappeared. I think the indoors have something to do with it because we obviously keep our homes cleaner than the outside.

I am hearing good things about cooking natural, organic foods for your dogs will help curb their weight, improve their diet, and eliminate a lot of nasty skin problems.

Fun Times at the Beach

I can't believe it. I don't even know how to swim but my two dogs do! When we went to Ocean's Dog Beach (known as the Disneyland for dogs), my dogs went crazy and swam and swam...and ran around like crazy dogs!

It was a special day because my puppy was finally not afraid of the water and jumping in for some fun!

In a recent trip to San Diego, I was unable to bring back Porky because he was too fat to be carried on (must be within 10 lbs) and they did not have any large crates for him. He is still stuck there with his human grandparents under I pick him up. There needs to be a easier and more pet friendly way to fly.
